Thank you for visiting my web site. I am hopeful that you will regularly visit and see the updates as we move toward victory in the 2010 election.

I am running for the office of Prince George’s County Council for District 6. District 6 is the second largest councilmanic district in landmass, and has the largest number of residents. District 6 is comprised of Largo, Kettering, Lake Arbor, District Heights, Forestville, and parts of Bowie, Mitchellville, Capitol Heights, Suitland, Glendale, and Upper Marlboro. District 6 has a diverse population consisting of urban, inside the Beltway communities and suburban, outside the Beltway communities.

All want a county with a vibrant economy, safe communities, schools that produce high achieving students, job opportunities, and county services that work. They also want courageous, strong, responsive, and effective leadership.

I am that leader. For over 20 years, I have fought long and hard for the residents of District 6 and Prince George’s County. My fingerprints are on many development projects. I have worked on the Woodmore Towne Centre, Ritchie Station Marketplace, the Boulevard at the Capital Centre, Largo Plaza, Kettering Plaza, Largo Town Center, and the Centre at Forestville projects among others.

My vast and impressive background as a consistent and effective leader makes me uniquely qualified to serve as your Councilman. As a noted and respected community activist, I have used tact and diplomacy to bring communities together, served as a bridge to bring business and the community together to work for better projects, and forged relationships with our police.

I humbly ask for your help to get me elected. I need you to help me continue in the fight to raise the bar on the quality of life for all who live, work, play, and pray in our most beloved Prince George’s County. The campaign will be long and it will be challenging. And, we are committed to win!

I need your help. I need your prayers. I need your financial contributions. I need for you to host meet and greet gatherings with your family, neighbors, and friends. I need you to serve on my volunteer team. I need you to phone bank. I need you to door knock. I need you to put a campaign sign up in your yard. I need you to put campaign signs up throughout District 6. I need you to help me raise money to mount a strong campaign. I NEED YOU!

Can I count on you to join with me as we fight for the things that we want and need in Prince George’s County? My over 20 years of service will continue on another platform as your County Council member. I fought the fight for a better place to live, work, play, and pray yesterday, I fight for it today, and I will continue the vigorous fight tomorrow. The fight continues.
